Syringa diversifolia

This is a medium sized species that could grow to 2.5m if left unchecked, it can be kept much smaller with an annual prune. The small leaves and dense habit make this Lilac a good candidate for informal hedging.
The flowers appear white but up close have a slight flush of mauve.
This species will grow and flower reliably in part to full sun.
