These are seed raised plants so the colour will be variable, anywhere from white to mauve pink. Most of my plants flowered last spring so they should be flowering size.

Dodecatheon has now been moved in with Primula. This is a woodland perennial from North America. The spring flowers are held on tall thin stems and its petals fully reflexed. I found found this to be a long lived plant both in pots and in the garden, it is a deep rooted plant so a tall narrow pot is best.

Like most spring flowering woodlanders a cool dryish dormancy is best.
