I grow a number of Dicentra form, langtrees is by far the most vigorous. It has silver foliage and white flowers.
In cool climate gardens langtrees is capable of covering large areas.

Like all the formosa cultivars langtrees likes to spread its rhizomes just beneath mulch so a thick layer of humus of any kind allows it to spread out easily.
