Aucuba japonica var. sulphurea marginata

This Aucuba has a gold variegation which only shows on the new growth in spring. By mid summer the whole plant is dark green.
The variegation is spectacular when the shrubs growing and it is as with most Aucuba very hardy, slow growing and happy in dry shade. Mine has been in the garden for 15 years and is 2m high.
